I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are 15 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled depending on stylist discretion. If you are 15 minutes late and would like to keep your appointment, after 15 mins you will be charged $1 per additional minute for up to 30mins total. If you are over 30 minutes late to your initial appointment time without prior approval or rescheduling, you will be charged a cancelation fee and your appointment will be canceled. No extra guest. If they are not being service they are not allowed to sit with you. Appointment may be canceled if you bring extra guests and the cancellation fee will apply. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy In effect 06/26/2026 Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will incur a 25% cancellation fee. Appointments canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time, or clients who do not show for their appointment, will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total. Rescheduling within the cancellation window is considered a late cancellation and is subject to the applicable cancellation fee. If you wish to reschedule your appointment, your new appointment must be booked within 7 calendar days of your original appointment date. Appointments rescheduled beyond 7 days will be treated as a new booking and will require a new deposit. Deposits are non-refundable and are only transferable one time when an appointment is rescheduled outside of the cancellation window and within the 7-day rescheduling period. A new deposit is required for any future appointment following a late cancellation, reschedule, no-show, or appointments booked beyond the 7-day rescheduling window.
