Cancellation Policy
I charge a 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. There is a 15 minute grace period. If you are 15 minutes late your appointment may be cancelled depending on stylist discretion. If you are 15 minutes late and would like to keep your appointment, after 15 mins you will be charged $1 per additional minute for up to 30mins total. If you are over 30 minutes late to your initial appointment time without prior approval or rescheduling, you will be charged a cancelation fee and you appointment will be canceled. No extra guest. If they are not being service they are not allowed to sit with you. Appointment may be canceled if you bring extra guests and the cancellation fee will apply.
